Please read these terms carefully before using Mentorloop. By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mentorloop.net and the Mentorloop application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mentorloop. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

5. Beta service

Mentorloop is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may contain errors. We provide the beta on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Mentorloop and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the goal and habit data you create.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentorloop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
